Delete your Tickosh account
Tickosh is run by Ordinal Works. You can delete your account in the app, or by email.
In the app
- Open Tickosh on your phone, or sign in at https://app.tickosh.com.
- Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
- If you want a copy, choose Download my data first. It's one file with everything in it.
- Choose Continue to delete, tick "I understand", and choose Delete my account.
You're signed out on every device straight away, and we email you the date it will be deleted.
By email
If you can't sign in, email privacy@tickosh.com from your account's address and ask us to delete it. We'll reply to confirm, and delete it within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your tasks, lists, folders, notes, steps, reminders, tags and saved filters.
- Your places, settings, photo, passkeys and signed-in devices.
- Your calendar connections. Tickosh lets go of its access to your Google account and deletes the events it brought in. Your calendars in Google aren't touched.
- The Google or Apple accounts you sign in with. Tickosh tells Apple to end the connection.
Lists you share
A list you share with other people stays with them. It passes to the person who's been in it longest. Lists only you are in are deleted with their tasks.
How long anything is kept
- 30 days to change your mind. Your account waits 30 days before it's deleted. Signing in during that time keeps it, as it was.
- Backups expire on their own, so everything is gone from them within 30 days of being deleted.
- The security log (when your account was signed in to or changed, never what was in it) is kept for a year.
- Emails we've sent you are kept by our email service, Postmark, for up to 45 days.
If you pay for Tickosh through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription there too. Deleting your account doesn't stop the store charging. The privacy policy has the rest.
